We map your history — every prior lab, imaging study, medication, family history, and the questions you've been carrying for years. We talk through your real goals (not just "be healthier") and what's actually gotten in the way so far. By the end of week one, you have a named team, a scheduled testing plan, and secure messaging to reach your care team.
