Care team

Four experts. One plan.

From day one, you're matched with a coordinated team that meets together, reviews your data together, and updates your plan together.

A different way to think about it

A personal board of directors for your long-term health.

Most people have a team running their finances, their legal affairs, their business. Almost no one has a team running their health. Longevity Health gives you one — a physician, dietitian, exercise physiologist, and strength coach who meet weekly, share notes, and adjust your plan together.

Dr. Jason Valadao, MD

Dr. Jason Valadao, MD

Physician · Clinical Lead

Board-certified in family medicine and sports medicine, Dr. Valadao leads clinical strategy across the program. He trained at top-tier residencies and has spent over a decade caring for high-performing executives, founders, and athletes — translating advanced diagnostics into longitudinal plans members actually follow. His clinical focus is on cardiometabolic health, performance medicine, and the cardiovascular and neurodegenerative risks that most annual physicals miss. Members typically work with him on multi-year ApoB, blood-pressure, VO₂max, and body-composition trajectories — with sleep, recovery, and stress folded in. He believes the longevity field's most underused tool is time: a physician who knows you well over years, with the data and the team to act on it.

Jennifer Dela Cruz, RD

Jennifer Dela Cruz, RD

Registered Dietitian

Jennifer is a registered dietitian who specializes in metabolic health, body composition, and the realities of how busy people eat. She translates lab data, continuous glucose monitoring, and DEXA results into nutrition plans built around real meals — your travel schedule, your family table, your favorite restaurants — instead of generic protocols. Members typically work with her on insulin sensitivity, protein intake to preserve lean mass, lipid optimization, GI symptoms, and sustainable weight strategy. She is direct, evidence-based, and resistant to fads; her plans evolve quarterly as your numbers and life evolve.

Lenita Anthony

Lenita Anthony

Exercise Physiologist

Lenita is an exercise physiologist who designs cardiopulmonary and metabolic training informed by your VO₂max test, resting metabolic rate, body composition, and heart-rate data. She works with members across the fitness spectrum — from people restarting exercise after a decade away to competitive masters athletes. Her programming emphasizes zone-based cardiovascular work, mitochondrial capacity, and the kind of aerobic base that protects healthspan into the seventies and eighties. She partners with your physician and strength coach so that one week's plan is coherent across all three domains, not three competing prescriptions.

Cyrus Morrison, CSCS, MPH

Cyrus Morrison, CSCS, MPH

Strength Coach

Cyrus is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a Master of Public Health, focused on building strength, mobility, and resilience for a 30-year horizon — not a 12-week sprint. His programming centers on grip strength, hip and shoulder mobility, single-leg work, and progressive overload appropriate for your age, joint history, and goals. Members typically work with him on bone density, fall prevention, athletic performance, or rebuilding after injury. He coordinates with the exercise physiologist so that strength sessions support — not compete with — your cardiometabolic plan.
