Weeks 2–4
Advanced labs, full-body imaging, cardiopulmonary and metabolic testing, body composition, cognitive baseline. We look further than an annual physical.
Weeks 4–6
Your team meets, integrates everything, and builds one coordinated plan — medical, nutrition, training, recovery. Reviewed with you in plain language.
Months 2–3
Ongoing contact with your team, secure messaging, and quarterly biomarker tracking so you can actually see what's working.
